I just wanted an SUV. My X5 has the comfort seats. I'm finding that they don't seem as comfortable as my sport seat that are in my e39.

Comfort seats in an e46.(and other X5 goodies) So, as some of you may know, the e39, e38 and x5 offer/ed a "comfort seat" option where the top part of the backrest articulates separately. AS part of another project with my e46 seats, I was looking at the various seat parts for the different models-- and I noticed that the x5 uses the exact same seat frames/architecture as the e46.
